Refund Policy
- Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within
24 hours of placement of order.
- Hobby Hampers will not accept return of goods without
prior approval.
- Refunds are only applicable if the products were damaged
or faulty.
- All returns must be made in writing within 7 days of
receiving your order.
- Please include the invoice number and reason for return.
Merchandise must be returned with proper packaging and in
good condition. Used merchandise is Non-returnable. Unless
there is an error on our part, the customer is responsible
for shipping on all returns.
