Substitution Policy

• If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of at least equal quality and value.

Alcohol Policy

• In accordance with the Liquor Act 1982, it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence if delivery of any liquor via orders taken over the internet, phone or fax is taken by a minor.
• All hampers containing alcohol can only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Refunds or Cancellations

• To cancel, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  * If your gift has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

  * If your gift has been dispatched and has not yet been delivered, we will only refund you 50% of the order total.

  * If your gift has been dispatched and delivered, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund.

Breakages and Incorrect orders

• In the unlikely event your gift is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately on 1300 797 417. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.

Monthly promotions

• Free "Welcome Baby " Balloon is 22cm in size.
• Balloons are not exchangeable for any other item.
• Free balloon applies only to hamper sales and not to flower sales.

We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be obtained through our ordering process. Hobby Hampers will not use personal information submitted via its website for any other purpose, and will not disclose such information to a third party, without your consent.
